UPTILT FILM FESTIVAL

The Uptilt Film Festival is a 3-day festival in Wilmington, NC that showcases films of all genres from all over the world.  Films screened are written and/or directed by a female or a gender-expansive person or 50% of the following positions must be female/gender-expansive: writer, director, cinematographer, editor.
